Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Domestic Shipping (Croatia) Orders within Croatia are shipped via standard courier service. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping (EU and worldwide) We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at 5–14 business days after dispatch, depending on the courier service, customs processing, and seasonal demand.

Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been shipped.

Customs and Import Duties International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country. These charges are outside our control and are not included in the order total.

Delays and Liability We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside of our control. Please ensure that all shipping and contact information entered at checkout is accurate.
